Terms Of Service
Process
During the drawing process the client will receive a watermarked version of the drawing for the Sketch, Outline, and Flats. Upon approval the client will receive the completed art. The client will get up to three (3) revisions during the drawing process. Any past three (3) will be an additional charge. (WIPs will be sent as needed) Major changes such as completely changing a pose or all the colors will incur and additional charge. After each stage of the process is approved the client can no longer make edits to it (Ex: If the client approves the sketch the client cant decide during the line art that they want to change the pose). Any remaining balance will need to be paid before the finished work will be sent to the client. (As the work is digital the Client will not receive any physical copies of the artwork)
Price And Payment
Pricing is non-negotiable. The pricing in the pricing tables are base prices and additional charges will be added as necessary for each individual artwork.
Payment will only be taken through PayPal. All artworks under $100 dollars need to be paid in full. (Artwork will not be started until payment is received) Artwork over $100 can have a payment plan set up for it. Payment plan will need to be discussed before artwork is started and there will be a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
Refund Policy
A full refund will only be issued in the event that the artist has received payment and the client requests a refund before any work on the piece has been started. Refunds will be issued in accordance to how far in the process the artwork has been completed to. A minimum of 25% will be kept by the artist in the event of a refund. (A refund may be issued if the artist takes more than six months without communication to finish the commision)
Fanart
The artist reserves the right to use any fanart commissioned from any media, shows, movies, books, etc. for commercial in the form of prints, keychains, posters, etc.
Credit
The client can post commissioned artwork on social media as long as it is credited with a link to the artists socials or card (Zeladox/Inky Void)
Rights And Legal Information
DO's:
The artist reserves the right to use any and all commissions in their portfolio(Gallery) and posted to social media unless specific discussed to be kept private before the commission is started.
Finished commissions can be posted to social media with credit, used for profile picture or printed for personal use (i.e. promotional banners, personal posters, ect.)
DONT's:
At no time is the client allowed to use the commissioned artwork for profit. This includes but is not limited to Crypto currencies, NFTs, prints and keychains. At no time is the commissioned artwork to be used to train any and all kinds of A.I. The client is also prohibited from claiming that the artwork was made by anyone other than the artist (@Zeladox/@Inky Void) Once a commission is started the client is not allowed to use @Zeladox/@Inky Void art to send to a different artist to recreate or take inspiration from for a similar artwork. Any breaching of these terms will be prosecuted legally.
If a client is aggressive, rude, or inappropriate the commission will be refused immediately and any necessary refund issued.
The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason including but not limited to skill level and previously stated subjects the artist is not comfortable drawing.
